Phillips Ranch Personal Trainer Step Ups

Hello,
I have a great exercise for you today-
Sandbag step up. The sandbag is held
on the shoulder, which will really bring core into play
The emphasis of exercise is on the legs though. Expect
to really elevate your heart rate and burn some big time fat.
