Phillips Ranch Personal Training Sled Workout

Hello,
I have a great fat burning muscle building exercise
for you today.

This exercise will rev your heart rate up like no other.
It's a great exercise for all fitness levels from general fitness to elite athlete.

We push the sled 20 to 30 yards for 3 to 4 sets. You can integrate
your sled work into your workouts whether upper or lower body day
to kick the intensity up and raise your fitness level
